We are so proud to be featured in SHK (Seen / Heard / Known) Magazine. If you have not yet seen this digital mag, prepare for your mind to be abuzz! You can see the whole issue online, but it's the iPad experience that really stuns. It's like a traditional magazine but super-interactive with beautiful, artsy, transparent layers, clickable music clips from upcoming artists and travel tidbits all shown in this exciting two-way transfer of information. I Want My MTV Monday - "Galapagos Edition"

With the music in MTV long gone, we yearn for getting songs daily in video form. So just in time for PVBLIC's "Galapagos Edition" hitting the stores, we've compiled a video playlist in honor of those magically, mystical islands. We give you:

Beirut, "The Rip Tide" - the video for this song is simply stunning and completely inspirational.

Modest Mouse, "King Rat"- Modest Mouse as a band is full of tales and imagery of the great sea. Their animated video for "King Rat" is a protest against illegal whale hunts directed by the late Heath Ledger.  I'd personally go more with "The Whale Song" here (which I listened to incessantly while designing "Galapagos Edition") but the video for "King Rat" fits more within our theme. So here it is!

and of course, The Smashing Pumpkins, "Galapogos" - of which there has never been an official video, but the geek in me felt the need to link to this Final Fantasy fanvid. Holla.

We are pleased to be presenting our Spring/Summer '13 collection "Galapagos Edition" at the Capsule New York show tomorrow! The show is running Tuesday - Thursday (September 18, 19 & 20th) - 10-6pm.

Spring '13 "Galapagos Edition" Photo Shoot Preview

Last week on a hot summer day, kick-ass photographer Jason Rodgers shot the campaign for our upcoming Spring/Summer '13 collection "Galapagos Edition" in an artist's studio in Williamsburg. We couldn't be more grateful and in love with the results! The gorgeous Madeleine from Marilyn agency was our female model and upcoming male model Manuel Mendez rocked the men's looks. Thanks to Ahbi Nishman who did the beachy hair and bronzy, summer make-up.
