Behind-the-Scenes of Our Fall '13 "Mongolia Edition" Photo Shoot

Let us take you on a journey to Ancient Mongolia, the setting for PVBLIC's Fall/Winter 2013 collection, "Mongolia Edition" - inspired by the Great Mongolian Empire and it's legendary leader Genghis Khan. 

And what a whirlwind our photo shoot for "Mongolia Edition" was! We were lucky enough to have a fantastic team: Photographer David Larson was back again to shoot the campaign. Models Suki Santos (affectionately dubbed Suki Stackhouse on set) from SUPREME agency and Thomas Vollmar from FUSION provided their beautiful faces. Roger Joseph swooped in to save us and did an absolutely fabulous job on the hair and head wraps. And thanks to Michael, Allie Smith for makeup and to Marcell Rocha for another amazing job with the styling. All of your help is invaluable! Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone!

Gwen Stefani Wears PVBLIC!

What do you think Gwen Stefani wore when she dropped off Zuma at school today? PVBLIC, of course! Must have been chilly this morning in Cali too - she layered our "Alaska Edition" leggings up like a badass with a tuxedo blazer, diamond pattern coat, scarf, fedora, boots and those signature red lips. Amazing!

Will the World End in 2012?

Many of our "Mesoamerica Edition" styles have hit England retailer Chatsubo, including one of our limited edition PVBLIC X STICKS & STONES shirts. We did a collaboration with the Portland jewelry company in honor of 2012. Our boys over there created a beautiful pyramid brooch using their signature stacked wood and a Jade cabochon jewel. It fits perfectly in the print on our cozy B.U.M equipment style raglan, which is basically astronomical coordinates regarding the Mayan Apocalypse. Will the world really end? Who knows...but the Mayans knew their shit when it comes to the stars in the sky.
